3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
2 cups zucchini
3 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
Mix in kitchen aid and pour into bar pan. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
Frosting
1/2 cup butter (soften at room temp)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbs almond extract
4 oz of cream cheese
2 1/2 cups powder sugar
milk or cream as needed.
